Start with walking on a gentle pace as to warm up your muscles. Keep on walking for at least 10 minutes.

You must start your routine with walking. Take a few rounds approximately for 10 minutes, warm up your muscles and make them flexible.

Now stand straight, legs in attention position. Lower your left knee until it touches the ground. Slowly repeat the process with both legs. Do it for next 10 minutes.

4. Now, STOP Jogging! Sit on an even surface/mat with legs folded. Straighten out your legs in your front direction and slowly move your shoulders clockwise & then after anticlockwise direction.

5. Now start a sprint for 1 minute at a faster speed. In this duration, you have to run at your full speed.
